About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic CoLab Team at Gowling WLG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the firm's innovation and growth through cutting-edge technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance our strategic goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of solutions, including Employee Experience, Client Experience, Process Excellence, and Data Driven Firm.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert and advocate for your assigned solutions.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders to promote the benefits of technology in legal work.
About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for legal technology, innovation, or digital transformation. You should have a proven track record of leading successful technology projects and initiatives, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

You will bring:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • A highly collaborative and adaptable approach.
Qualifications/Technical Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in law, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of a specific area of the legal technology landscape.
  • High level of proficiency in using and leveraging the Microsoft PowerPlatform.
