About the Role

Jameson Legal Tech is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to drive innovation and growth through cutting-edge technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will lead the adoption and mastery of tools that elevate strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Technology Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Solution Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of holistic, innovative technology solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with external technology vendors and service providers to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate the maintenance and support strategy for home-grown solutions within a defined part of the solution, ensuring successful adoption and utilization.
  • Experimentation and Innovation: Lead experimentation programs to test new solutions and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Contract Management: Support the negotiation and management of contracts with vendors to ensure optimal solution delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of products provided by vendors and report any issues to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Roadmap Development: Own the roadmap for solutions within a defined part of the solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Technical Expertise: A high level of proficiency and experience in using and leveraging the Microsoft PowerPlatform, as well as other relevant technologies, such as document automation, contract lifecycle management, artificial intelligence, e-discovery, knowledge management, and data analytics.
  • Project Management: A proven track record of driving and managing successful technology projects and initiatives, from ideation to implementation and evaluation.
  • Legal Technology Expertise: Strong experience in legal technology, innovation, or digital transformation, preferably in a law firm, legal technology provider, or technology consulting practice.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various audiences, both internally and externally.
