Bid Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to join our team at Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development team in preparing and submitting bids for customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and coordinate a diverse range of bids and proposals for customer projects.
  • Liaise closely with engineering teams, Business Development Managers, and customers to gather information and produce high-quality bid documents.
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team pre and post tender submission.
  • Work on projects with values ranging from £50K to £1m+.
  • Projects typically involve electrical and electronic systems design, test, and commissioning of integrated safety, control, and automation systems.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a role where you have produced proposals, bids, or tenders for engineering or technical projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with engineering and commercial teams.
  • Experience working in an engineering or technical environment to review and interpret technical information and engineering drawings.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus paid overtime, flexible working hours, bonus, pension, 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays, and early finish on Fridays.
