Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our team at Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating a diverse range of bids and proposals for customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate bids and proposals for customer projects
  • Liaise with engineering teams, Business Development Managers, and customers to gather information and produce bid documents
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team pre and post tender submission
  • Work on projects with varying values, from £50K to £1m+
  • Projects will cover electrical and electronic systems design, test, and commissioning of integrated safety, control, and automation systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a role where you have gained experience of producing proposals, bids, and tenders for engineering and technical projects
  • Good communication skills to liaise effectively with engineering and commercial teams
  • Experience working in an engineering or technical environment, with the ability to review and interpret technical information and engineering drawings
