About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development team in preparing and submitting bids for customer projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate a diverse range of bids and proposals for customer projects, working closely with engineering teams, Business Development Managers, and customers.
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team pre and post tender submission.
  • Assist in the preparation of bid and proposal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resources needed for bid preparation.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids and proposals, meeting project deadlines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a bid coordination or proposal development role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
