About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development team in preparing and submitting bids for customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and coordinate a diverse range of bids and proposals for customer projects.
  • Liaise closely with engineering teams, Business Development Managers, and customers to gather information and ensure timely submission of bids.
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team pre and post tender submission.
  • Work on projects with varying values, from £50K to £1m+, covering electrical and electronic systems design, test, and commissioning of integrated safety, control, and automation systems.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a role where you have gained experience of producing proposals, bids, and tenders for engineering and technical projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with engineering and commercial teams.
  • Experience working in an engineering or technical environment, allowing you to review and interpret technical information and engineering drawings.
