Bid Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Bid Coordinator to join our team at Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating bids and proposals for customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and coordinate a diverse range of bids and proposals for customer projects.
  • Liaise closely with engineering teams, Business Development Managers, and customers to gather information and produce bid documents.
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team pre and post tender submission.
  • Work on projects with values ranging from £50K to £1m+.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in producing proposals, bids, or tenders for engineering or technical projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with engineering and commercial teams.
  • Experience working in an engineering or technical environment, with the ability to review and interpret technical information.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus paid overtime and flexible working hours.
  • A bonus scheme, pension, and 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays.
