Exciting Opportunity for a Bid Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial team with technical support pre and post tender submission.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join a growing UK engineering business. You will have the chance to work with experienced business development and sales support teams, and gain valuable experience in producing proposals and bids for engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a role where they have gained experience of producing proposals, bids, and tenders for engineering projects. They will also have good communication skills to liaise effectively with engineering and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate a diverse range of bids and proposals for customer projects
  • Liaise with engineering teams, Business Development Managers, and customers to gather information and support the commercial team
  • Support the commercial team with technical support pre and post tender submission
  • Work on projects with values ranging from £50K to £1m+
