About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Fox Resourcing & Recruitment Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders, including responding to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including processing invoices, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • HR Administration: Provide support with HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, planning, and implementing projects.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard, and that all records and documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Administrative Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
