Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of stock and administration personnel across various shifts
- Ensure teams are focused on achieving and exceeding performance metrics while maintaining high service standards
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, addressing training needs as they arise
- Promote a culture of health and safety, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols
- Clearly communicate operational procedures and escalate any issues promptly
- Manage attendance, conduct, and performance issues in accordance with company policies, with support from the HR team
- Focus on optimizing warehouse operations to meet cost, efficiency, quality, and productivity standards
