Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of stock and administration personnel across various shifts
  • Ensure teams are focused on achieving and exceeding performance metrics while maintaining high service standards
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, addressing training needs as they arise
  • Promote a culture of health and safety, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols
  • Clearly communicate operational procedures and escalate any issues promptly
