Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Transport Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Transport department, you'll be responsible for supporting our Call Centre, administering airline systems, and handling group requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Call Centre by completing transportation requests within 4 hours, finding the best flights and pricings for clients, and assisting with changes to their flights.
  • Administer both Amadeus and our in-house reservation system, issuing and reissuing tickets, checking for ticketing issues, and completing scheduled changes.
  • Handle group requests efficiently, finding cost-effective flights, completing passenger lists and seating requests, and supporting the groups department in case of flight issues.
  • Communicate travel information to clients, including schedule changes, and proactively look out for potential issues that may affect flights.
  • Assist the Finance department in the reconciliation of Transport billings.

Requirements

  • University graduate or at least 3 years of experience in ticketing or travel agency.
  • Virgin Atlantic Level 1 & 2 - Fares and ticketing courses are a plus.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, open-minded, and willing to be part of a team.
