About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader to manage and execute transportation programs across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-volume/velocity events, such as Prime Day, and will be able to innovate and improve processes to meet the needs of Amazon's customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute transportation strategies that align with Amazon's business objectives.
  • Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of transportation programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate program results and progress.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in program or project management, with a focus on transportation or logistics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, operations, or supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and improve processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Education: Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading process improvements and driving results.
