About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team at Cycle Together as a Consultant for a three-month project. As a Program Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our Training program services, reporting to our CEO and playing a key role in our ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Delivery
    • Develop and deliver Cycle Together's cycle training programs and health and wellbeing workshops
    • Work collaboratively with our Head Cycling Coach, CEO, and Lead for Health and Wellbeing
  • Staff Management and Training
    • Recruit, train, and manage staff, coaches, and ride-leaders for programs
    • Create and manage onboarding processes for new staff members
    • Develop and review cycle training programs and learning tools
  • Digital Learning Platform Management
    • Maintain and update the Cycle Together Digital Platform
    • Communicate with participants, coaches, and ride-leaders via the platform
    • Review and add-to resources across the platform
  • Project Coordination and Promotion
    • Coordinate and promote programs and activities
    • Be the first point of contact for program-related enquiries and amendments
    • Supervise programs and manage issues during the day
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
    • Ensure program data is captured and analyzed to demonstrate impact and intelligence
    • Manage delivery of insights and impact of programs
    • Act as an ambassador for Cycle Together, promoting its values and programs
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in program coordination or management
  • Experience working in the cycling or sports industry is not essential
  • Good IT skills and ability to be independent administratively
  • Comply with policies, procedures, and legal requirements
