POSITION SUMMARY:
In the role of Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of IT programs and projects.

Your proficiency in program management, technical expertise, and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in steering the effective execution of IT initiatives that align with business goals and provide value to stakeholders.

This position necessitates strong project management capabilities, IT knowledge, and a steadfast commitment to excellence in program delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to establish program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to facilitate the successful execution of IT programs.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
4. Oversee the daily execution of IT programs, tracking progress against key milestones, timelines, and budgets.

5. Identify and address risks and issues that may affect program delivery, implementing proactive strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.

6. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
7. Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and partners.
8. Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.
9. Gather stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with their expectations and requirements.
10. Ensure that IT programs comply with established quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
11. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of program deliverables to verify adherence to specifications and quality criteria.
12. Implement governance processes and controls to maintain transparency, accountability, and compliance throughout the program lifecycle.
13. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance program delivery capabilities and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in program or project management, preferably within an IT or technology-focused environment.
3. Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development methodologies.
4. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize program delivery.
6. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or ITIL certification is advantageous.
