We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Type Success Manager to join our team at Monotype DACH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the post-Sales business relationship for select Global Key Accounts, establishing productive relationships with key stakeholders, and leveraging the full potential of Monotype's Font platform to bring our customers' vision and inspiration to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the post-Sales business relationship for select Global Key Accounts, ensuring maximum value realization from our SaaS offering.
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders within our Global Key Accounts, fostering a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand compliance, product demonstrations, and review of product roadmaps.
- Provide ongoing support to customers for day-to-day administrative tasks related to our platform, facilitating customer onboarding and regular check-ins.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, liaising with the appropriate Monotype teams to drive initiatives that increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Analyze customer utilization data to identify insights and consumer trends, delivering innovative brand solutions that drive business growth.
- Reduce churn and drive new business growth through greater advocacy, building value-based relationships with customers and creating Monotype champions.
- Collaborate across the organization with field sales, studio, product, and technical support to maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven prior experience within customer success, agency, or sales, with a strong understanding of customer success processes.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task, with a self-driven and proactive nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to design new processes and programs and evolve them as needed.
- Strong conceptual, critical thinking, technical, and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing large-scale initiatives, with basic knowledge of Windows and Mac text and design applications, MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, etc.
