Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties utilizing IT and keyboard skills
  • Professionally handle incoming calls and manage messages efficiently
  • Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Welcome visitors in a friendly and secure manner
  • Adhere to quality assurance and HR protocols in all administrative functions
  • Organize and archive files and documentation as necessary
  • Record minutes during meetings
  • Coordinate training for carers, hotel reservations, and compliance tasks
  • Maintain reports in the Charms database
  • Input and manage data within internal systems

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in office administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capacity to work adaptively and prioritize responsibilities
  • Keen attention to detail and precision
