About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Careline Support Specialist. As a key member of our call handling team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to a variety of situations, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls from clients across the UK, providing empathetic and professional support in emergency situations.
  • Log each call into our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information.
  • Liaise with Lodge Managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Remain alert and available to respond to client needs, providing a flexible and responsive approach.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience in telephone-based roles, such as emergency control rooms, contact centers, or hospitality.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
  • Flexibility to work on a roster basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English, with proficiency in IT skills.
