About the Role

Careline Support Ltd is seeking a skilled Part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing emergency assistance and reassurance to thousands of retired Homeowners living in independently owned retirement apartments across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking incoming calls and responding to a variety of situations, including medical emergencies, fire panel alarms, and security entry calls.
  • Logging each call in our CRM system to ensure accurate information is recorded.
  • Providing a friendly, responsive, and attentive approach on every call.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to:

  • Display a warm and friendly telephone manner.
  • Remain calm in crisis situations and work well under pressure.
  • Embrace and learn new IT systems and technical knowledge with ease.
  • Demonstrate a high standard of written and spoken English.
  • Understand the importance of excellent customer skills and a 'customer first' approach.
