Careline Support Ltd is seeking a skilled Part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Emergency Response Coordinator. As a key member of our call centre team, you will provide critical support to thousands of retired homeowners across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency calls and provide timely assistance to customers in need.
  • Log each call in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide a friendly, responsive, and attentive approach on every call.

Requirements

  • Display a warm and friendly telephone manner.
  • Remain calm in crisis situations and work well under pressure.
  • Be proficient in using IT systems and technical knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a high standard of written and spoken English.
  • Understand the importance of excellent customer service skills and a 'customer-first' approach.
