About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Part-time Call Centre Operator to join our team at Careline Support Ltd. As a key member of our call centre team, you will provide emergency assistance and reassurance to thousands of retired homeowners across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take incoming calls and respond to a variety of situations, including medical emergencies, fire panel alarms, and security entry calls.
  • Log each call in our CRM system, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
  • Provide a friendly, responsive, and attentive approach on every call.
About You

We are looking for a candidate who can display a warm and friendly telephone manner, remain calm in crisis situations, and work well under pressure. You should be able to embrace and learn new IT systems and technical knowledge with ease and be familiar with customer databases.
