About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Part-time Call Centre Operator to join our team at Careline Support Ltd. As a key member of our call centre team, you will provide emergency assistance and reassurance to thousands of retired homeowners across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take incoming calls and respond to a variety of situations, including medical emergencies, fire panel alarms, and security entry calls.
  • Log each call in our CRM system, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
  • Provide a friendly, responsive, and attentive approach on every call.
Requirements
  • Display a warm and friendly telephone manner.
  • Be calm in a crisis situation and work well under pressure.
  • Embrace and learn new IT systems and technical knowledge with ease.
  • Demonstrate a high standard of written and spoken English.
  • Understand the importance of excellent customer skills and a 'customer first' approach.
