Job Title: Programme Manager - Talent and Digital Solutions

Job Summary:

iXceed Solutions is a leading provider of Talent and Digital recruitment solutions, serving Fortune 100 companies globally. We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team in London, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and programs within the UK, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with vendors to onboard suitable profiles and manage vendor governance.
  • Responsible for customer engagement, stakeholder management, and compliance with IR35 regulations.
  • Lead a team of professionals, ensuring discipline and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage operational aspects, including SLA agreements, vendor management, and timesheet approval.
  • Foster relationships with existing stakeholders and leverage them to bring in new projects and contracts.
  • Meet gross margin targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing projects and programs within the UK.
  • Strong understanding of IR35 regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
