Facilities Management Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and organized Facilities Management Assistant to join our team at University Partnerships Programme. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Reception Desk and monitor reactive and planned maintenance on our computerized system
  • Assist managers in coordinating on-site activities and day-to-day administration
  • Monitor and control health, safety, and maintenance standards within our residences and grounds
  • Control and monitor out-of-hours access to our residences, ensuring compliance with fire, health, and safety procedures
  • Respond effectively to fire alarm activations and liaise with emergency services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role and environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality service
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when needed, especially during peak periods
