Job Description:

ProFind Property Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Management Manager to lead our dedicated team in Cambridge. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing diverse challenges, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, and driving performance through effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and guide a team of property managers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate team members' performance through regular one-to-one meetings, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with relevant regulatory standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Property Inspections: Oversee property inspections, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Tenancy Management: Negotiate tenancy renewals, manage deposit returns, and resolve rental arrears in a timely and professional manner.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain health and safety standards across all properties, ensuring that our team members and clients are protected from harm.
  • Client Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Complaint Resolution: Manage complaints in a fair and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of our clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential lettings as a Property Manager, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation, including regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to create and maintain a positive team environment, with effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Skills: Basic IT skills, including proficiency in property management software and systems.
  • Qualifications: Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle, with a clean driving record.
Benefits:
  • Salary: Basic salary ranging from £32,500 to £43,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Commission: Up to £7,200 in capped commission, with an additional uncapped commission target of £3,725.
