Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Property Consultant to enhance our professional residential team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication with prospective tenants to schedule and conduct property viewings.
  • Address and resolve issues that arise during tenancies, including managing repairs and ensuring compliance.
  • Oversee check-out processes, coordinating with all involved parties to ensure a smooth and prompt return of deposits.
  • Maintain positive relationships with landlords, addressing property concerns and recommending enhancements as needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends to effectively promote properties and conduct market appraisals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in residential property management.
  • ARLA qualifications are advantageous, with opportunities for further training available.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong administrative capabilities and proficiency in residential property management software.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective negotiation skills and a talent for building long-term relationships.

Compensation: The role offers a competitive salary package with an OTE of £24,000+, including uncapped commission opportunities.

Working Hours: Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, with a requirement to work two Saturdays per month from 9 am to 1 pm.
