Alexander Greens Property Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Property Consultant to enhance our esteemed residential team. As an independent estate agency, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.

In this role, you will oversee properties throughout the entire rental lifecycle, from the initiation of tenancies to their conclusion. You will be responsible for a portfolio of fully managed properties, necessitating prior experience in residential property management and exceptional customer service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with prospective tenants to schedule and conduct property viewings in a courteous manner.
  • Efficiently addressing issues that arise during tenancies, including managing repairs, ensuring compliance, and overseeing check-ins and check-outs as needed.
  • Conducting check-outs and coordinating with all involved parties to facilitate a prompt and satisfactory return of deposits.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with landlords, addressing property concerns, and recommending upgrades or maintenance as necessary.
  • Staying informed about market trends to support effective marketing strategies and property appraisals aimed at generating new business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in residential property management.
  • ARLA qualifications are advantageous, with opportunities to obtain them.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong administrative and computer proficiency, particularly with residential software applications.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Capability to cultivate long-term relationships.

The compensation package for this position includes an OTE of £24,000+, featuring a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with a requirement to work two Saturdays per month from 9 AM to 1 PM.
