Job Title: Property Management Team Lead

ProFind Property Recruitment is seeking a proactive and ambitious Property Management Team Lead to join our team in Cambridge. This role involves leading a dedicated team, managing diverse challenges, and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of property managers to achieve exceptional results.
  • Performance Monitoring: Lead daily team meetings to drive performance and monitor team members' performance through regular one-to-one meetings.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and oversee property inspections to maintain high standards.
  • Tenancy Management: Negotiate tenancy renewals, manage deposit returns, and resolve rental arrears.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain health and safety standards across all properties and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and manage complaints effectively.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential lettings as a Property Manager.
  • Legislation Knowledge: Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to create and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and outstanding customer service.
  • Basic IT Skills: Basic IT skills and a full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
Benefits:
  • Salary: Basic salary ranging from £32,500 to £43,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Commission: Up to £7,200 in capped commission and an additional uncapped commission target of £3,725.
