- Rental Arrears: Resolve rental arrears and process eviction requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Health and Safety: Maintain health and safety standards across all properties to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Relationship Building: Build and sustain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Complaint Resolution: Manage complaints and oversee check-in/check-out procedures, including inventory reports, to resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential lettings as a Property Manager.
- Legislative Knowledge: Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation to ensure compliance.
- Team Management: Proven ability to create and maintain a positive team environment, driving performance and productivity.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and outstanding customer service to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- IT Skills: Basic IT skills to manage property management software and other tools.
- Driving License: Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle to facilitate property inspections and other tasks.
- Salary: Basic salary ranging from £32,500 to £43,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Commission: Up to £7,200 in capped commission and an additional uncapped commission target of £3,725.
- On-Target Earnings: Minimum on-target earnings of £43,425+ per year.
- Company Car: Company car or monthly car allowance for business use.
