About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trading Lead to join our fast-paced team at The Very Group. As a key member of our Fashion, Sports & Home Trade Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering category trading plans across FSH to engage and drive growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and developing activity plans to drive growth across key digital metrics
  • Analysing online trading data to identify opportunities and recommend actions to improve the customer journey
  • Improving onsite conversion of links, product, and campaigns
  • Leading in key weekly and monthly trading meetings to ensure the customer onsite journey is representative of category plans and competitor activity
  • Collating and managing the category trading calendar with the support of the Trading Manager

You will have a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining strong working relationships with external strategic brand partners and experience leading a team in a high-energy area.
