The Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing online trading strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute online trading strategies to accelerate performance across selling channels, including website, social media, and marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to understand products, pricing strategies, and product uploads to optimize trading.
  • Manage on-site activity to optimize conversion, sales, and gross profit.
  • Research market trends to discover new opportunities and improve website performance.
  • Analyze data to deliver data-driven strategies to drive performance.
  • Develop and implement trading calendars to improve future trade and eCom plans.
  • Regularly report on performance and identify opportunities to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with performance and marketing teams to optimize traffic quality and experience.

Accountability

  • Trade plan management
  • Achieving KPI targets including on-site performance, revenue, and trading margin.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in online retail or a related field.
  • Beauty industry knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • Strategy and planning skills with the ability to think creatively and commercially.
  • Highly organized and comfortable presenting at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead change and think outside the box.
