About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trading Lead to join our fast-paced team at The Very Group. As a key member of our Fashion, Sports & Home Trade Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering category trading plans to drive growth and engagement across our FSH business.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing online trading data to identify opportunities for improvement and developing strategies to enhance the customer onsite journey. You will work closely with our Trading Manager to align category plans with wider business strategy and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and developing activity plans to drive growth across key digital metrics
  • Analyzing online trading data to inform strategic decisions and optimize the customer experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of category plans
  • Leading in key weekly and monthly trading meetings to ensure the customer onsite journey is representative of category plans and competitor activity
  • Developing a strong understanding of key competitors in the FSH market and making recommendations to adapt and change plans in season

About You

You will have experience leading a team in a high-energy area and be able to analyze data to spot opportunities and drive growth.
