About the Role

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Performance Manager to join our team at eComplete. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for designing and developing online trading strategies to drive performance across our selling channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute online trading strategies to accelerate performance across our website, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
  • Collaborate with our wider team to understand products, including ranging, pricing strategy, product upload, and trading.
  • Manage on-site activity to optimize conversion, sales, and gross profit.
  • Research market trends and technologies to improve website performance.
  • Analyze data to deliver data-driven strategies and drive performance.
  • Develop a trading calendar and oversee implementation and analysis to improve future trade and eCom plans.
  • Regularly report on performance and identify opportunities to drive performance.

Accountability

  • Trade plan management.
  • Achieving KPI targets, including on-site performance, revenue, and trading margin.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in online retail, preferably with experience using Shopify.
  • Beauty enthusiast with advanced analytical skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and commercially, with a proven track record of leading transition and change.
  • Highly organized, with excellent presentation skills at all levels.
