Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy, focusing on expanding our client base, forging strong relationships with new and existing clients, and identifying opportunities for business growth within the retail fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail fit-out market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail companies, property developers, and other potential clients.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring the alignment of our services with client needs.

  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably within the construction or retail fit-out industry.
  • Strong understanding of the retail fit-out market, including client needs, industry standards, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

  • A network of contacts within the retail or construction industries is highly desirable.
