About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Milk Education. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging training programs tailored to the specific needs of our recruitment consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that align with our business objectives and industry trends.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of training needs within our organization to ensure our programs are effective and relevant.
  • Content Creation: Create a variety of training materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, and resources that reflect the latest best practices in recruitment.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Track the progress and success of training initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management on outcomes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Recruitment Experience: A strong background in the recruitment industry, with a successful history of building and managing a desk.
  • L&D Expertise: Proven experience in delivering training and development programs within a recruitment or sales environment.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: A flexible approach, with the ability to tailor training to the needs of different brands and levels of experience.
  • Results-Oriented: A focus on driving measurable improvements in performance and productivity through effective training.
  • Passion for Development: A genuine passion for helping others to achieve their potential.
