Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Laboratory Training Facilitator to support our UK M&M laboratory organisation in achieving a high standard in all aspects of the training cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing training programs, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Training Needs Identification
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Trainers to identify the Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours required for each role.
- Use our digital learning platform to its maximum potential.
- Training Design and Delivery
- Develop bespoke learning content for existing UK Laboratory apprenticeships and existing employees.
- Define learning pathways and communicate with HR Ops to build the pathways in the Digital Learning Platform.
- Training Evaluation and Quality Assurance
- Ensure accuracy of data in HowNow and generate management information as necessary.
- Support the development of new learning material, including digital learning resources.
- Support to the Department
- Deliver learning and development activities for UK M&M Laboratories.
- Support the development of new learning material.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Excellent written English and English grammar for use in copy editing.
- Intermediate level in Excel / Google Sheets and Word / Google Docs.
- Experience in operational Laboratory roles in multiple departments / sections.
