Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as a Degree Apprenticeship Facilitator. This is a full-time role, fixed term until 4th June 2025, with part-time hours considered. As a Degree Apprenticeship Facilitator, you will work closely with the Head of Apprenticeships to develop new and maintain existing partner and stakeholder relationships on behalf of Liverpool Business School, across the Liverpool City region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employers and apprentices
- Work with learners studying on higher level and degree apprenticeships (Level 6 & 7) and link them to the programme teams within the School
- Support and develop the commercial offerings of the School through administration duties
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external organisations
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in liaising with external organisations
- Have knowledge of current issues in apprenticeships, especially in HRM or Healthcare
- Have familiarity with assessment procedures in work-based learning, particularly in construction apprenticeships
