Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Security Operations Manager to oversee and enhance security measures across our corporate networks and production environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in DevOps or software development, with scripting expertise in PowerShell or Bash, focusing on automation to streamline team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of Microsoft Security Tools:

  • Administer and configure security tools within a hybrid laptop and BYOD mobile setup.
  • Leverage Microsoft Defender for effective vulnerability management, monitoring, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
  • Facilitate device provisioning utilizing Autopilot.
  • Collaborate with the IT Operations team to secure corporate Windows and macOS devices, as well as BYOD mobile devices through Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Defender.
  • Employ the Microsoft security suite, including Intune, Defender, Entra, and Purview, to identify and address incidents and vulnerabilities on corporate devices.

AWS Security Protocols:

  • Ensure robust security for production websites with comprehensive knowledge of IAM, account configuration, auditing, and monitoring.
  • Utilize AWS tools such as Watchtower and CloudWatch for security oversight and auditing.

GCP Security Protocols:

  • Implement and manage DLP, intrusion detection systems, and the Security Command Center.

Salesforce Management:

  • Oversee roles and permissions, enforce security best practices, and manage data backups.

Corporate and Production Security Oversight:

  • Manage security across corporate networks and production facilities.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and DevOps engineers to enhance security practices.
  • Support and lead the technological infrastructure to design and improve AWS, Entra, and GCP environments.

Team Collaboration:

  • Engage with the broader marketplace team to support business objectives securely and efficiently.
  • Adopt a product-driven agile methodology with an emphasis on continuous deployment and automated testing.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in administering and configuring Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Defender tools.
  • Expertise in AWS security best practices, including IAM, account setup, auditing, and monitoring with AWS tools.
  • Proficiency in GCP security best practices, including DLP, intrusion detection, and the Security Command Center.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce roles and permissions administration, security best practices, and data backup management.
  • Background in DevOps or software development with skills in PowerShell or Bash scripting.
  • Ability to work in a fully remote environment, with a preference for candidates located near London for optional hybrid workdays.
