Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety of our premises and personnel at FF Security Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Manage and supervise a team of security staff, including training and performance evaluations to ensure high standards are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders as required to ensure effective security measures are in place.
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and vandalism, and provide first aid assistance when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role, with a strong background in security operations and procedures.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures, including CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- SIA licence is desirable, but not essential.
