Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise screening personnel to ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Provide on-demand supervision to screening services and address any operational issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement staff training programs to improve performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on security-related equipment and ensure that any faults are reported correctly.
- Participate in company training programs to improve standards of performance and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Be the first point of contact for security-related queries and resolve complex issues using your experience and knowledge.
- SIA License
- SC Clearance
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the Security Supervisor role
- Data centre background
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literacy
