Job Title: Dedicated Security Manager

As a Dedicated Security Manager at Vigilant Security, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of security services. This includes conducting out-of-hours visits and audits, as well as acting as the primary client contact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective security strategies to protect our clients' assets and personnel
  • Liaise with the Head of Operations to ensure seamless communication and coordination of all security matters
  • Oversee recruitment and training of security personnel to ensure they meet the highest standards of professionalism and competence
  • Maintain a high level of security knowledge and mentor security staff to ensure they are equipped to handle any situation
  • Deliver and maintain high standards of security services in alignment with company procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with the control room to ensure effective planning and allocation of resources as needed
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure all company procedures are followed, including health and safety and key management
  • Manage and motivate the security team to improve standards and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Take ownership of complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution and protecting the company's reputation
  • Apply attention to detail and implement necessary systems and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of security services
  • Ensure all HR issues are handled promptly and in accordance with company protocols
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and develop individual development plans for team members
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive business growth
  • Travel as required to conduct site visits and ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators
  • Prepare and share regular reports with clients to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Lead innovation and improvement initiatives to enhance security services and client satisfaction
  • Manage incidents and respond in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide presentations and training to security staff and clients as needed
  • Attend company meetings and participate in decision-making processes
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Support the development of company policies and procedures to ensure they remain relevant and effective
  • Contribute to the development of the security team and ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to security and business operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Vigilant Security remains at the forefront of security services
  • Participate in business development initiatives to drive growth and revenue
  • Contribute to the development of company culture and values to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment
