CCTV and Security Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to join our team at Ward Security Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all security staff on-site and ensuring the highest level of property protection.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise security staff on-site, including appraisal, coaching, performance management, recruitment, training, and development.
- Engage with tenants and visitors, providing seamless liaison and addressing their needs effectively.
- Ensure property protection through meticulous surveillance and reporting.
- Manage all security staff on-site, including rostering, record keeping, and access control card operations.
- Work closely with the Client and Security team to drive business objectives.
- Skilfully manage CCTV systems and supervise security operations.
- Undertake front-of-house duties to foster a hospitable and secure environment.
- Act as a robust security deterrent, managing emergencies effectively.
- Swiftly identify and resolve issues in accordance with high-standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and file pertinent documentation, crafting comprehensive reports on daily security activities.
- Valid Frontline SIA license.
- Minimum 2 years of corporate managerial experience.
- Previous experience working in mixed-use properties (commercial, retail, super prime residential) is highly favored.
- Proven track record in a luxury service environment, particularly in financial institutions or high-net-worth individuals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of premium customer service standards within a five-star setting.
- Extensive knowledge of best-practice security standards and protocols.
- Unwavering commitment to maintaining ethical practices and integrity.
