Lead Cyber Security Governance Specialist

Position Summary: We are seeking a Cyber Security Governance Lead who will be pivotal in shaping and enforcing Cyber Security policies and procedures that align with our risk management framework. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CISO, allowing for significant autonomy and the chance to influence our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation, implementation, and oversight of Cyber Security governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with financial services regulations and industry standards.
- Foster relationships across various departments to promote a culture of security awareness.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of Cyber Security policies and procedures.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of risk management and compliance standards, particularly within the financial services industry. Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001 is essential.
Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work model, with a preference for three days in the office and two days remote.
