Role Overview: As the Cyber Security Governance Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping and enforcing Cyber Security policies that align with the organization's risk management framework. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), allowing you to influence key initiatives and drive meaningful change within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enforce Cyber Security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial services regulations.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of risk management and compliance standards.
- Lead efforts in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A solid grasp of financial services regulations.
- Experience with standards and frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001.
- Proven track record in developing or leading GRC efforts within a financial services organization.
