The Role
We are currently growing our team and are excited to invite motivated and energetic professionals to pursue a career as a Recruitment Consultant. As a new member, you will start at Iceberg Cyber Security as a Resourcer, gaining market knowledge through your candidates and our comprehensive in-house training and development program. You will receive coaching and mentoring from our experienced management team and Directors. Once you become proficient in sourcing and attracting top Cyber Security talent, you will progress to securing new business and working directly with clients.
The Ideal Candidate
- An experienced, high-energy sales professional
- A competitive background in sports is a plus
- Comfortable working in small teams
- Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional US hours
- A confident communicator
- Skilled or experienced in building new relationships
- Open to making mistakes and embracing a learning culture
- Savvy, determined, and financially motivated
