Cyber Security Governance Manager

Role Overview: As the Cyber Security Governance Lead, you will be pivotal in shaping and enforcing the organization's cyber security policies and procedures. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, allowing you to drive key initiatives and influence the organization on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enforce comprehensive Cyber Security policies aligned with the firm's risk management strategy.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of risk management and compliance standards.
- Foster essential relationships across various departments to ensure cohesive implementation of cyber security measures.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A solid grasp of financial services regulations.
- Experience with established standards and frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001.
- A proven track record in developing or leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives within a financial services context.
Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work model, with a preference for three days in the office and two days working remotely.
