Position Overview

Step into a pivotal leadership position with Securitas Security Services. We are in search of a proactive Event Security Operations Manager who will bring their extensive knowledge in event security to oversee and motivate a dedicated team at prestigious events.

Work Schedule: Varies (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to all client event protocols and policies utilizing the available teams and resources.
  • Develop, implement, and sustain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) alongside security and client initiatives.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills when interacting with clients, vendors, visitors, and contractors, fostering a respectful and professional atmosphere.
  • Identify stakeholders and assess risks according to the specific needs of each site and event, crafting security operational plans and contingency strategies.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of security operations for client events, maintaining open communication with Security Stakeholders and Event Coordinators regarding procedures and processes.
  • Demonstrate industry awareness, including knowledge of competitors and service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships.

Essential Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Operations Management is essential.
  • A checkable employment history spanning five years.
  • Possession of a UK driving license with access to a vehicle.

  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently with integrity while maintaining confidentiality.
