Job Summary

As a Deal Desk Analyst at Werfen, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer offers and field personnel requests. You will be responsible for supporting a defined set of sales teams within our Commercial Operations Organization, contributing to profitability and high-velocity deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer offers and field personnel tasks accurately while maintaining targets for gross profit and average selling price.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the Sales Organization on structuring profitable offers, leveraging your expertise in pricing and deal structures.
  • Implement standardized templates, approval guidelines, and deal checklists to optimize deal processing efficiency across the organization.
  • Collaborate effectively with field-based staff and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of deals.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with internal customers, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in deal processing, contracting, or sales operations within the healthcare industry or a similar business environment.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and concise interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Werfen's offer and pricing systems, SAP, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
