Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at Restore Technology. As a Cashier, you will play a critical role in supporting our Finance Team Leader by recording and accounting for all receipts, performing credit checks, and setting up and maintaining customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Processing
    • Ensure all cash is allocated to the correct customer accounts and invoices
    • Process refunds accurately and promptly
    • Reconcile sales ledger
  • Customer Service
    • Deal with account queries promptly and efficiently
    • Housekeeping of customer accounts
  • Credit Management
    • Assess new credit requests and review customers' credit ratings
    • Activate new customer accounts
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist in the export and import of sales invoices from multiple systems to one
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required by management

Requirements

  • Excellent Organisation and Planning Skills
  • Experience of Transaction Processing and Reporting Improvements
  • Good Excel Skills and Accounts System Administration
  • Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
