About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Addition+. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality products for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the procurement process.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Category Strategy: Develop and implement category strategies to optimize procurement processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize procurement processes.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Commercial Experience: Strong commercial experience with budget delivery and managing multiple KPIs.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible deals with suppliers.
  • Data Analysis: Proven experience analyzing complex data sets to inform procurement decisions.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Retail Software: Experience with retail software and online retail platforms.
