Procurement Specialist for Medical and Surgical Categories

About the Role

Talent Drive | B Corp™ is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering sourcing projects and targets in conjunction with business stakeholders. You will also support the transformation and development of the procurement function and its credibility within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Category Development
    • Contribute to the development of the annual category work plan.
    • Initiate and deliver category projects and targets, supporting the delivery of wider team targets and operational KPI's.
  • Procurement Process
    • Ensure a robust procurement process for all contracted goods and services, identifying and meeting all regulatory and quality standards.
    • Negotiate robust contracts, including pricing and commercial terms and the development of SLA's and KPI's to support operational requirements.
  • Supplier Management
    • Manage core/non-core suppliers to ensure performance and innovation are delivered during the contract term.
  • Compliance and Governance
    • Ensure compliance with all Procurement policies and processes.

Requirements

  • Procurement Experience
    • End to end Procurement process experience.
    • Medical & Surgical category experience would be preferred.
  • Business Acumen
    • Able to work with senior business stakeholders to successfully deliver complex sourcing projects in a multi-site organization.
